What we audit

Six assurance engagements, one accountable team.

From the statutory audit the law requires to the SOX controls your US parent expects, every engagement is planned, tested and signed off by qualified Chartered Accountants — not handed between vendors.

Statutory audit

The audit the Companies Act, 2013 requires — every private, public and one-person company, plus LLPs above the prescribed limits. An independent true-and-fair opinion on your financial statements.

Tax audit

Section 44AB audits for businesses and professionals over the turnover thresholds, with the report filed in Form 3CA/3CB and Form 3CD — accurate, reconciled and on the record.

Internal audit

An independent look at operations, controls and risk. We test your internal control systems, surface gaps and hand you actionable fixes — efficiency and fraud prevention, not just a tick-box.

IT audit

IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls (ITAC) reviewed against frameworks like SOX, COBIT and ISO 27001 — access, change management and data integrity across your systems.

SOX advisory

For companies reporting to US regulators. Design and implement an ICFR framework, test controls, support remediation of deficiencies, and run training — SEC and PCAOB expectations, handled.

Due diligence

Financial, tax and operational diligence for mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and fundraising — the facts and risks verified before you commit.

How we run an audit

Planned, tested, evidenced — then signed.

The same disciplined method underneath every engagement, whether it is a statutory sign-off or a SOX controls review. You always know what stage you are at and what is outstanding.

1

Scope and plan

We agree the objective, the standards that apply and the timeline, then map the risk areas that deserve the most attention.

2

Fieldwork and testing

Substantive testing and controls testing against evidence — transactions, reconciliations, access and change logs, not assumptions.

3

Findings and remediation

Issues raised in plain language, ranked by risk, with practical fixes — and support to close deficiencies where you need it.

4

Report and sign-off

A clear report and, where the engagement calls for it, the signed opinion or filed form — on the calendar we committed to.

Who it is for

For companies that need the audit done right, not just done.

A missed statutory or tax audit brings penalties and notices; a weak internal or IT audit hides the risk that hurts you later. We give growing companies a single assurance team that covers the statutory obligations and the controls work — across India, the US and UAE.

We also run assurance and controls work for US-linked groups and act as the India delivery arm for US CPA firms that need reliable audit support at scale.

FAQ

What companies ask about audit and assurance.

Which audits does my company actually need?

It depends on your structure and numbers. Companies registered under the Companies Act, 2013 need a statutory audit regardless of turnover, and LLPs need one once they cross the prescribed limits. A separate tax audit under Section 44AB applies to businesses and professionals above the turnover thresholds, reported in Form 3CA/3CB and 3CD. Internal audit, IT audit and SOX work are risk-driven or investor-driven rather than mandatory. On a short call we map exactly which apply to you and track your specific due dates.

What is the difference between a statutory audit and an internal audit?

A statutory audit is legally mandated and gives an independent true-and-fair opinion on your financial statements for regulators and stakeholders. An internal audit is not about the statutory opinion — it is an independent review of your operations, controls and risk management, aimed at improving efficiency, tightening controls and preventing fraud. Many companies need both: the statutory audit to comply, the internal audit to run better. We deliver them as one coordinated engagement so the work is not duplicated.

Can you handle SOX and IT audit for a US-linked group?

Yes. For companies reporting to US regulators we design and implement the ICFR framework, test controls, support remediation of deficiencies and material weaknesses, and run awareness training — aligned to SEC and PCAOB expectations. Our IT audit covers IT general controls and application controls against frameworks like SOX, COBIT and ISO 27001. We also act as the India delivery arm for US CPA firms that need this work done reliably at scale.
